McRae Towing to the rescue! My car broke down this afternoon, leaving me stranded in a parking lot of a business in Idaho Falls. My roadside assistance contacted his towing company and he came out to tow my car pretty fast, considering it was late afternoon on a Sunday, and got my car towed safely back home. Super friendly and professional and an overall good guy. Definitely would call him direct for service in the future.

Seeing Justin approaching in his flatbed, flashing his lights, was like the calvary coming. Earlier we’d finished a 3+ hour hike out in bear country, and, dang, our rental wouldn’t turn over. Not even a cough. Justin got the three of us in the cab, while he winched up our brick of a car. But the best part was our conversation with Justin: long-haul truck driving, how he got into the tow business and why he likes it, local animal life, hiking, … and before we knew it, we were at the Jackson Hole Airport and getting a working rental automobile. Thank you, Justin. Being stuck with a car that wouldn’t go was no fun, but we enjoyed our ride with you.

There is not a singular other company in Rigby or surrounding areas I would call in a pinch over this guy... Called him at 7pm in the middle of nowhere past Rigby, and he showed up in under 20 minutes. My car was secured on the truck in less than 5 minutes, and we were on the way.
