Justin McRae was professional and kind. He was very helpful and offered to help in any way he could. He towed our car from the Rexburg area after it was totaled on Saturday night. He was available Monday so we could get our personal belongings out of the car. He helped us unload, took our plates off for us and was just a pleasant guy. We highly recommend McRae towing.

Our son was stranded on the road late at night, and calling for help in the middle of the night was stressful, but from the very first interaction, we felt calm and reassured. He not only helped get our son out of a difficult situation, but he followed through every step of the way, calling us once our son was safe, even following him on the road for a while to make sure he was okay. There is not a singular other company in Rigby or surrounding areas I would call in a pinch over this guy... Called him at 7pm in the middle of nowhere past Rigby, and he showed up in under 20 minutes. My car was secured on the truck in less than 5 minutes, and we were on the way.
